Denise Bidot On How Her Mom's Body Image Struggles Helped Her Love Her Curves

Plus-size model Denise Bidot says she realized that "beauty is not based on a size" after watching her mother struggle with loving her body.

The 29-year-old beauty and self-love advocate, of Puerto Rican descent, sat down with The Huffington Post recently to discuss how witnessing her mother's own body issues as a child shaped who she is today.

"I probably wouldn't be who I am without that struggle," Bidot told HuffPost. "I watched her first hand not know how beautiful she was, not accept her body and her curves the way she should have."

In response to the thousands of women who struggle with body image, Bidot began touting the mantra "There's no wrong way to be a woman" on social media. She also recently partnered with Unilever for their new Personal Care campaign #100PorcientoTu (#100PrecentYou), which promotes Latinos' self-expression and celebrates individuality.

"Halfway through my career, I realized it's about more than just me," Bidot, who was one of the first plus-size models to walk a fashion week runway, told HuffPost. "It's about helping shift the way people see beauty. It's important for women to be able to see themselves on TV, in magazines, on billboards, catwalks and relate to women we're being told are beautiful."

Kristen Stewart's Rumored Girlfriend Says She's 'Very In Love And Very Happy'

It looks like Kristen Stewart and her alleged girlfriend, French entertainer Stephanie "Soko" Sokolinski, are on their way to making things official.

The two, who have been seen out and about in Paris and Los Angeles together, have stayed relatively mum when it comes to talking about each other in the press. But in a new interview with W magazine, Soko basically confirmed she and Stewart are an item.

Soko dished about the salacious direct messages (DMs) she receives on Instagram, but refused to tell W how she would ask someone else out via DM.

"Oh, man, I have no idea," Soko said. "I think if I was in the need of doing that right now, I would totally be able to come up with something. But I’m very, very, very in love and very happy in a relationship, so I don’t have that urge."

When the magazine asked if the French singer/actress met her current girlfriend over Instagram, Soko denied it.

"No! No. It was very OG," Soko said. Recently, the two were spotted food shopping in a not-so-OG way captured by photographers. Ah, love.

Stewart hasn't been officially coupled with anyone since her old sparkly vampire love, Robert Pattinson, but also hasn't shied away from addressing her sexuality on her own terms.

"If you feel like you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it,” Stewart said in a 2015 interview with Nylon. "But I am an actress, man. I live in the fucking ambiguity of this life and I love it."

For those who still want a more definitive answer, Stewart said she isn't ready to label anything ... yet.

"I don’t feel like it would be true for me to be like, ‘I’m coming out!' No, I do a job," the "Still Alice" actress said, adding, "Until I decide that I’m starting a foundation or that I have some perspective or opinion that other people should be receiving … I don’t. I’m just a kid making movies."

Everything You Need To Know About Iggy Azalea's Endless Celebrity Feuds

First things first, she's the realest?

Say what you will about Iggy Azalea, but she lived up to her word on Wednesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live." The Australian rapper stopped by the clubhouse to promote her new single "Team," but her refreshingly candid answers to host Andy Cohen's probing questions proved to be far more newsworthy.

The soon-to-be Mrs. Nick Young spilled the tea on just about everything, including her "beef" with Britney Spears, that Macklemore name-check, her much-discussed plastic surgery, and where she stands with Nicki Minaj.

Watch the highlights of the interview below:

On her rumored feuds with celebs A-Z:

"I read his interview and he was like, ‘I should have called!’ You should have and you still didn’t, so what’s up with that?" she told Cohen about Macklemore using her name as an example of white privilege on his new album. "I don’t think it was, like, intended as a diss but at least I would have been prepared when the headlines came out."

On the state of Nicki Minaj and Iggy Azalea:

"I have just as many people on my writing credits as she has on hers, so I don’t think there's ... I would know I write mine," Azalea said addressing Minaj's thinly veiled diss at Azalea for not writing her own raps. "If she writes hers, I believe her too, but you can’t look at the credits and be like, ‘Oh, look at this massive difference.’ It’s the same number of people on both."

On lunch with Britney Spears at her house:

"They came and checked my place to make sure I wasn't trying to stash anything weird and, like, give it to her, or something," Azalea told Cohen about how Britney Spears' team screened her house before Brit came over for lunch.

On why she was so open about her plastic surgery:

"I think if you’re going to do something that, like, obvious and everyone has seen what your nose looks like before," she revealed about her decision to go public with her plastic surgery. "Some people are like, ‘It’s contouring.' It’s like, yeah, contouring with a chisel."

Azalea truly held nothing back, but hey, at least she warned us.

That’s What David Letterman Looks Like Now??

He’s really been leaning into his retirement these days.

David Letterman Clearly Going For A 'Santa Chic’ Look

David Letterman looks like he's living the retirement dream.

A bald-headed Letterman was photographed jogging in a T-shirt and shorts in St. Bart's on Tuesday. The 68-year-old, who ended his late-night tenure last May when he stepped aside as host of "The Late Show" to make room for Stephen Colbert, looked happy as can be with a big smile and even bigger beard.

The comedian grew accustomed to wearing suits every night and keeping his face cleanly shaven. After saying goodbye to television, he decided to take a more relaxed approach. (Who can blame him?)

"You know what? I used to say, every day, 'I am so sick and tired of shaving.' I had to shave every day, every day, for 33 years," he told White Fish Review in December. "And even before that when I was working on local TV. And I just thought, the first thing I will do when I am not on TV is stop shaving. And everybody hates it. My wife hates it. My son hates it. But it’s interesting. I’ve kind of developed a real creepy look with it that I’m sort of enjoying. And I can tell that people are off-put by it. And the more people implore me to shave, the stronger my resolve is to not shave. So the day that I shave, I’ll call you."

We salute you, sir.

Giada De Laurentiis Feels Like She's Finally Turned A Corner After Divorce

Giada De Laurentiis admits she hit a bit of a rough patch after divorcing Todd Thompson, her husband of 11 years. Now, she feels like she's finally turning over a new leaf.

"I had a rough year and a half, no question," she told E! News recently. "But I think that all of us go through stuff. I checked out for a little bit. I tried to stay under the radar to protect my family and my daughter, mostly. But now I feel like I've turned the corner."

De Laurentiis, who finalized her divorce in September, has one daughter with Thompson. She has been linked to TV producer Shane Farley since November, and things seem to be going well for the pair.

"Life is fun and great and I have so much fun with my daughter and I have someone new!" she said.

Back in November, the Food Network host admitted she was really struggling with the split.

“We had been together since I was 19; I’m now 45," she told DR.OZ The Good Life magazine. "That’s a lifetime with someone. It was a very difficult time. I don’t have the answers; I’m figuring them out as I go. I’m also afraid, like many other women who go through this, and men, too, for that matter.”

De Laurentiis' advice for anyone going through divorce? "Life is a big adventure and yes, there are curveballs that come your way. Take a minute. Breathe deeply. But if you're healthy, you can get through anything in this life. You just can," she told E!

Amy Schumer Achieves Our Life Goal Of Mingling With The 'Hamilton' Cast

While we were eating pizza and binging on our favorite Netflix show for the fourth time this weekend, Amy Schumer was living our dream and seeing "Hamilton" on Broadway. Yes, it's a dream, because it's basically impossible to get tickets for any time in the near future without spending a small fortune. All we can do is hope.

The "Trainwreck" star shared a photo on Instagram of her and her squad, including boyfriend Ben Hanisch, sitting in the theater.

Our name is Alexander Hamilton

Then, she made us even more jealous by sharing a photo of the group mingling with the cast backstage. Just rubbing the good life in our faces.

In all seriousness: Amy Schumer + "Hamilton" = one hell of a combo. Just look at how much fun they had!

Abhhhhhh #hamilton #bunk

Maybe, just maybe, we'd shell out to see the comedian make a cameo in the musical everyone's talking about.

Everybody Get Up! 'Hamilton' And 'Space Jam' Got A Mashup Now

Two groundbreaking works, together at last.

"Hamilton" is a hit Broadway musical with a hip-hop twist. "Space Jam" is the story of Michael Jordan getting sucked through a golf hole to save the Looney Tunes from aliens. And now, they've finally been brought together in one glorious mashup:"Space Jamilton." Just like it was meant to be.

"I have the honor to be your obedient servant," reads the caption under the mashup video on Matthew Ahn's YouTube channel. Ahn is truly doing humanity a favor. Alexander Hamilton's story from creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda comes to life over the classic track from Quad City DJ's. The line, "Shoot, baby, shoot," has never seemed more appropriate.

So, everybody, get up! It's time for a mashup now!

“The Hot Felon” is Finally Out of Prison

Does this photogenic convict have as bright a future as the internet thinks he does?

North West Is Afraid Of Snapchat And It's Really Adorable

Kim Kardashian managed to find time in between sharing nude photos and standing up against slut-shamers to join Snapchat this week.

The idea of attempting to keep up with Kardashian on yet another social media platform is, frankly, exhausting. But, it's already given us at least one video that's worth it.

On Thursday, the reality star shared a so-cute-it-hurts video of her 2-year-old daughter North West, who is apparently more of an Instagram kind of girl.

"Snapchat. I'm scared of Snapchat," North is heard telling her mother, who seems rather perplexed.

"You're scared of Snapchat? Why?" Kardashian asks, before realizing, "Oh, the filters with the crazy faces."

She means filters like this:

And this:

Kardashian later snapped a photo of herself  and North, who looked non-plussed to say the least.

We can definitely understand how North would be a little freaked out, though we have a feeling the she'll come around to it eventually. She is a Kardashian after all.

Of course she's a West, too:
